25 Trego Road / Hackney Wick
Ozel Group Limited are pleased to announce that we have been appointed by City & Suburban Homes for the redevelopment site at Hackney Wick. The development is a 6 storey building that will comprise of 52 new homes, 35% of which will be affordable housing. The scheme will also create 1,915m2 of B1 floorspace and new landscaped public open space (BD Landscape).

Bargate Quarter / Southampton
Ozel Group Limited are pleased to announce that we have been appointed by Legal & General for developer Tellon Capital at the redevelopment site Bargate Quarter. The development is built around the City Walls and The Bargate, a 12th Century gatehouse to historic Southampton. It will provide 519 much-needed new homes comprising a mix of studio, 1, 2 and 3 bed units, along with 2,515 square metres of ground floor commercial space.

ARK SOANE / ACTON
Ozel Group Limited are pleased to announce that we have been appointed by Jerram Falkus. The £52m Ark Soane project will see the construction of combined education and residential development in Acton.
The Ark Soane mixed-use project will see the construction of various level buildings reaching 70m tall, including a basement level. Ground, first and second floors will accommodate phase 2 of Ark Soane Academy, a new 1200 place secondary School, with 113 residential properties constructed on the upper levels, in addition to three separate town houses on the site.

Park Modern / Bayswater
Ozel Group Limited are pleased to announce that we have been appointed by Ant Yapi UK in relation to their Park Modern project.
Park Modern is a 190,000 square foot luxury development facing south over Hyde Park and Kensington Palace Gardens comprising 52 apartments (ranging from one to six bedrooms), three penthouses and two mews houses, launched by developer Fenton Whelan.
Drylining works to include acoustically rated party walls, Shaftwall risers to attain 120 minutes resistance, internal moisture rated walls to all wet areas and plasterboard lined walls against blockwork.All ceilings are coffered and have integrated light and curtain pelmet detailing to the perimeters. All plasterboard surfaces are plastered by our in-house Operatives.
We have also installed mass barrier walls and ceilings to the basements which will be predominantly commercial rental for health and leisure services.
We supplied and installed all wind posts in line with the Project Structural Engineers calcs, we designed some with our metalworks supplier and procured the rest through Ancon, to the ground floor we helped design the acoustic brackets with Mason to prevent sound flanking into the apartments above.
Part of Ozel’s service package is the total decoration of all surfaces which we are proud to have secured on Park Modern.

Hat & Feathers / Islington
Ozel Group Limited are pleased to announce that we have been appointed by Henry Construction in relation to the Hat & Feathers Hotel; a 161 bedroom hotel aimed at the "city niche" market in Islington.
The Hat & Feathers is a grade II listed building from the 1800's on the junction of Clerkenwell Road & Goswell Road undergoing a £22M redevelopment. The layout of the hotel is a simple U shape around an open courtyard, part of a pedestrian route that is intended to revitalise the immediate area. Street level will house a pub and shop as well as the hotel foyer and a restaurant linked to a performance space in the courtyard.
The projected is due to be completed October 2022

Ozel Group Limited are pleased to announce that we have been appointed by Formosa Construction LLP in relation to 100 Violet Road for Grenfell UK Limited ; a residential-led development in London E3.
